How reviews work
Closed questions, combined results and no public free-text reviews.

After each session you can answer a few short questions: whether you felt listened to, whether you understood how you’d be working, whether you felt you could trust them, whether the session started on time and whether you feel it’s helping.
What’s shown
Profiles only show combined percentages, and only once there are at least 3 answers. Who reviewed is never published.
Why there are no public reviews
A public review would reveal that someone is in therapy, and professional confidentiality stops the therapist from replying. That’s why, if you want to add a comment, only your therapist receives it, privately.
Only people with a real session booked on Vínculo can leave a review, within 30 days of the session.
