Cancelling or changing an appointment
How the 24, 48 and 72-hour policies work and what happens if you cancel late.
Updated on 8 Oct 2026 · 1 min read
Each therapist chooses a cancellation policy. You see it before booking, with the exact cut-off date and time.
| Policy | You can cancel or change for free up to |
|---|---|
| Flexible | 24 hours before the session |
| Moderate | 48 hours before the session |
| Strict | 72 hours before the session |
Before the cut-off
You can cancel with a full refund or change the appointment from My sessions. If the session was from a pack or a subscription, it goes back to your balance.
After the cut-off
The session is charged, because your therapist kept that time for you. If you need to change it, you can ask them and they’ll decide whether it’s possible.
If your therapist cancels
If your therapist cancels or doesn’t show up, you always get 100% back.
