- Prices exclude VAT. Because our fees are an intermediation service, they carry 21% VAT, which you can’t deduct because your health activity is exempt. That’s why we also show you the total.
- The new-patient fee is paid only once per patient and taken from their first payments. You never pay out of pocket, even if the first consultation is free.
- A patient is “new from Vínculo” when they find you in the shop window and book with you for the first time. If they come through your personal link or you invite them, they’re yours: no new-patient fee.
