When you receive your money

While signing up you connect a Stripe account, the payment provider we use. Stripe verifies your identity and your bank account.

How the money arrives

1. Your patient pays when they book.
2. The amount goes to your Stripe account, minus Vínculo’s fee for that payment.
3. Stripe transfers your balance to your bank according to your account’s payout schedule, usually a few days after each payment.

You’ll see every payment, refund and transfer in Payments. We invoice our fees to you once a month, with their VAT.
