How you pay and when you’re charged
Card payment when you book, packs and weekly subscriptions.

You pay by card within Vínculo through Stripe, a regulated payment provider. Your bank details never reach Vínculo or your therapist.
When you’re charged
- Single session: when you book. If the booking needs approval, when your therapist accepts it.
- Session pack: when you buy it. You can pause it if you need to.
- Weekly subscription: every 4-week cycle. You can pause or cancel it before the next cycle.
You only pay the price your therapist sets. Vínculo doesn’t charge patients booking fees.
