We refund 100% if…
- You cancel within your therapist’s policy period (24, 48 or 72 hours).
- Your therapist cancels the session.
- Your therapist doesn’t show up or is very late. Let us know within 72 hours from My sessions.
How long it takes
The refund is issued straight away to the same card. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 days to appear.
Packs and subscriptions
If the session was from a pack or a subscription, instead of money you get the session back in your balance.
