Vínculo is not an emergency service. If you’re in danger or thinking about hurting yourself, call 024 or 112.
Vínculo connects you with psychologists for scheduled sessions. It isn’t an immediate-care service.
- Your therapist isn’t on call outside sessions.
- Chat messages aren’t monitored in real time and may take a while to be answered.
- Vínculo doesn’t analyse your messages to detect risk and doesn’t do triage.
If you need help now, call 024 or 112. Afterwards, tell your therapist at your next session.
