What data we process and why
The difference between your account data and clinical data, explained briefly.
Updated on 8 Oct 2026 · 1 min read
Vínculo processes two kinds of data, with different roles.
Your account and booking data
Name, email, bookings, payments or messages before booking. Here Vínculo is the controller and uses them to provide the service, take payments, invoice and keep the platform safe.
Clinical data
Session notes, consent forms, questionnaires or your mood diary if you share it. Here your therapist is the controller and Vínculo only stores them on their behalf, encrypted and in the EU.
What we never do
We don’t sell data, we don’t use advertising pixels on bookings or sessions, and we never put health data in notifications, email subjects or calendar events.
All the details are in the Privacy policy.
