- Private rooms. Only your therapist and you can enter (or whoever is on the booking, in couples therapy or groups).
- Video, audio and messages encrypted in transit, within the platform itself.
- No recordings. Sessions aren’t recorded.
- Chat within Vínculo. There’s no need to use WhatsApp or share your phone number.
- Clinical notes encrypted with a key specific to each professional, and every access is logged.
