How profiles are ordered in search
The ranking criteria, explained. Spoiler: paying doesn’t move you up.

We order profiles so each patient finds whoever best matches what they’re looking for.
What we take into account
- Match with the search: topic, format, location or distance, language and price.
- Availability: times published in the coming days.
- Reliability: how quickly you reply to messages and few cancellations or no-shows on your side.
- Complete profile: video, photos and a description of how you work.
What we don’t take into account
Never payment. A Pro profile doesn’t appear above a Free one, and we don’t sell featured positions. Nor do we use clinical outcomes.
